i certainly hope i never get the shingles, my husbands mother had them and said they were very painful, she had to be put into the hospital with them. hope you feel better soon

I agree about the vaccines and am so sorry about the shingles and pox. Horrible and extremely painful.

I've seen some really bad cases of shingles. I'm sorry you are experiencing it again. Once would be more than enough.

I've never had shingles, but I know of them and their dangers and discomfort. I hope you see relief soon . . .

I had it once PP of course we all had Chicken pox as kids and all the other things that went around. Once when I was about 50 I had something related to it. It must have been an old goat that kissed me evidently it was spread by kissing it was very miserable because I came out in a rash caused by penicillin and was bedridden for a few days I have just thought of the name Glandular fever supposed to be allied with Shingles.

I knew a guy who got the shingles severely some years ago. They were in his mouth. I cannot imagine the pain he was in.

Shingles are horrible. The nerve damage has not left me and it has been 10 or so years.
