I am praying so. We won the bid, no I take that back, I won the bid. Now time for inspection of the house and temite. The closing has been set for 3 weeks from firday. The bank may change that by a few days. It looks orange to me. Any vote for a new color?
I will be busy this week working with the agent.

There are only about 3 steps to get on the deck from parking. I consider that when looking. My dad was in a wheel chair for many years and remember how hard to renovate to occomadate. I would only have to put a ramp in. The loft would be storage I guess and a place for airmattress for company.
