Re:

Springsteen's I'm On Fire's the theme of Father and Daughter. Steely Dan has springtunes, exithemes, and summer songs.

Bill

You know your question was specifically "getting results" and it seems you're getting answers more geared to "getting a job".  One always hopes when they hire someone that the person will get results but how a person dresses and how confident they may seem doesn't really tell you diddly-squat about getting results in a specific task/job....now, going through a resume and asking questions on experience is getting much closer.....in lieu of prior experience in a like job, going through mock situations - "what would you do" questions are a great exercise to find the best applicant....and a truly confident woman might ask for such an exercise to show her stuff.  Bill, I see all this Jersey stuff on your posts. Where are Steely Dan, and Springsteen?

She should be well dressed, confident, and prepared.

Re: Krisles

🍉So different jobs require different attributes. However, I found a question while I work on the new post. Lol. The job questions on the morning radio show ask about behavior and material attributes for any job love. BC-A,Bill’s Roost

I would say, be honest, be straight forward, and have as strong a resume as possible. Actually, that would apply to anybody . . .

Sorr, Bill....I find that too general a question....for what kind of job? I mean, the answer completely depends on what kind of job you are talking about here.  Sorry, can't offer any thoughts and I've hired lots and lots of folks
