Well, I just discovered this blog of yours and I love it! But I really think you need to change the category because I loved the rubber band post but that's just my two cents! Anyway, I am very hit and miss on most things right now and, of course it is really telling on me....it's fascinating in a warped way to watch what stress is doing to me!

The only thing I don't do is take vitamins. I really rely on my diet to take care of that ( I think it's a pretty good balance ). The only other thing I can't seem to control is having a good night's sleep! Mother Nature disturbs me at least once during the night. But, I try . . .

I am pretty good on these but sometimes I do have a glass of wine with Supper. and I don't eat regular enough. Thank you sweetie

I do pretty good on all of that except getting regular sleep. I can't seem to get that one going right. I do it very haphazardly.
