Anyway PP. You can always sell it in the future, it will be a good investment. Not only that it is worth a small fortune to part from Joe on good terms. He seems a decent chap,it is just that you do not gel any longer.

Congrats, it is a good move. Good investment, that part of the country is very
desirable and values should go up steadily. As for the casino moving in...that's a mixed
bag. It's people from Florida buying their second and third homes in the area that
are going to raise the value of properties in the future.
