Yes I have to agree with dear Kabu. You do put a bit of life in the raw, to be contemplated. It does feel that you are like a butterfly trapped in a glass jar. So many emotional feelings when really you should be free from all these and just be able to accept something, don't ask me what, I tried to sit in the Church once as I felt I was in a vacuum, but the door was locked..

Totally forgive those handlers that you may feel or do feel they did not hold your heart well. Forgiveness will set you free. Forgiveness is not for the person who hurt you but for your release from them and their hurt.
