You haven't been here for a while. I'm missing reading you and your adventures. Years ago, like maybe 70 or more, my Aunt Mary used to make old fashioned lye soap for doing the really grimy laundry and the men's handkerchiefs, back before there were disposable tissues and all.

i think I would put a little conditioner in with the vinegar. You have those Motel soaps, do you have any wee bottles of conditioner...if not go to an ell cheapo shop and get a bottle.
