Ad, what a lovely picture it must be of the Grandpa with Grandchild - how Love proved a medicine. Your chicken soup sounds like a healer as well. Yes, I've enjoyed reading your blog this morning. I feel well by your always "uplift" by the end. Keep

What a lovely post. I am sorry your daughter in law's father is ill but I am so glad he was able to visit and see that lovely granddaughter. He may not be able to make another trip that is on up there. You are a treasure. Your soup will make all the meds work faster and better. I shall send up a prayer for Grandpa!

Pretty deadly once my Dad had it three times and he was only about forty, no antibiotics in those days. I guess your soup will taste like the chicken has walked through it if you are going to send it to everyone. Hm, still tasty though any more pepper? Sound like nice inlaws, a shame though to be taken ill on such an important visit.

I have had pneumonia twice, once when I was five and another at sixteen. I remember the one at sixteen, and it was rough. Thankfully, I was abl to fight through it and be fine.

Mnnn I could do with Chicken soup too. LOL. praying that all is well and I agree, who needs to travel around like mad folks sleeping in different beds all the time when there is family to just be amongst and that baby to cuddle.

I certainly hope Ojiisan's fog lifts soon so that he can enjoy the rest of his stay, even if he doesn't get to see all of La Belle Province...

I don't think I've ever heard the term fog used to mean conjestion...
but it fits. I hope he does well and has no more health issues - the chicken soup should put the coup de grace on the lung infection. Come to think of it, the weather here has been cold and cloudy for days now - perfect chicken soup weather... Odd for June, tho.' Thanks for the smiles!!!
