Oh boy! Oh boy! I can tell by reading the recipe that this is a perfectly delicious mixture. Yes, canned salmon is what I grew up on. We loved salmon salad and salmon croquettes. This brings back lots of memories. I will have to make your recipe.

Wiley makes a lovely Pate` with a tin odf salmon and we have it on a roll with salad. Really healthy. Youe Mother's recipe sounds something similiar.
