Please stay ahead of the pain, using whatever you can and the doctor allows .....combined with the therapy, that is the key to maintaining your independence. After a certain age, as most of us are learning, pain really does a number on our whole body..... it ages like no number of years will. I've seen it over and over in accident victims, and I've watched it happen up close and personal to my mom....her falls progressed to breaking one thing after another in rapid succession, the pain debilitating and weakening....to hitting her head, blood on the brain...it can happen in a heartbeat. The pain relief is important to keep the body relaxed and help you heal, but you have to stay ahead of it. Take care, love....we need your voice (and recipes!) here.

Well at least if the cause is known, one can hope to find some kind of treatment.
Do take care though, it is easy to trip at the best of times when negotiating the garden.

Dear one, Wiley has been diagnosed exactly the same...slow getting to the brain and so he stumbles but the therapy should help you. I know the massages are helping Wiley.
Praying for you both.

Slow is good I think. I'm afraid I'll never be fast again, or quick, or witty, or wise, or anything like that. But, that's OK. I've had a blast for a very long time.
