I always loved bright city lights and good times with good company. But times have changed and I don't go out much at night anymore.

City lights do not have any effect on me. I guess it is because I live in the suburbs and am used to them.

Entertaining and amusing! Nut-Out Alien & ships, haha..
Hmm, city lights, well in Las Vegas they seem to excite and keep the crowds going, sometimes too much so, lol. Night as day can invite naughtiness, methinks. In NYC
the bright lights did energize me and also make me feel safer on the streets; probably an illusion but one that kept me happy.

Well Bill Lights stimulate the feathered ones as we all know, also bring humans into puberty much quicker. Light makes chickens lay through the winter, so I feel the city lights are more of a protective feature one can see who is coming.
