I love cukes, too....but I had no idea they were great for so many issues! I had a boyfriend years ago who loved them and I always kept a dish of sliced onions and cucumbers marinating in vinegar in the refrigerator for him - he had these onions and cukes with virtually every meal as a side relish of sorts.

I love cucumbers. Tzatziki Sauce-- Greek Cucumber/Yogurt Sauce is especially wonderful on salads and lots of things.
