Lots of drama and action...

I didn't know that about Tom Clancy. I am always uneasy about censorship; not surprising about anti-war anything being muted to the silence of disappearance..
And perhaps children shouldn't watch extremely violent shows but that is the parent's call of course.

I think there is way too much bombing, shooting and violence of every kind in TV's primetime shows. They get worse everyday. I know it is on the news and we see it there, but that should be enough of it. They could show their stories without the graphic violence.

I think it's probably a sensitive thing for them to do. So many viewers will have already been thinking about the danger to our own country that we cannot ignore and dramatizations of it are not necessary and, in fact, run the risk of being irritating - we know we don't have a super hero for real and the show could seem disrespectful on a subliminal level right now.
