You and George keep doing what you are doing, Justi. If there was ever people who walked their talk, it is both of you. Reaching out to help others is the true proof that your faith is good.

TAPS, I too enjoy the beatitudes too. I also take every word of Revelations as well. According to much of the writings of John, James and Jude you can see the dangers of believing anything so long as it is sweet. Even in Genesis you can see the damages of not believing the totally of the Bible not just the sweet poetic parts. I am not afraid and I am not for giving room to Satan in my heart, home or country.

Justi, I believe that fear...hatred and fear...is/are guiding too many people in how they live with regard to others. When I was a small child, my Daddy helped me memorize and understand "The Beatitudes". I have attempted to follow these teachings of Jesus all of my life. I believe they stand the test of time no matter what: https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+5%3A1-12&version=KJV

Re: Katray
That is a wonderful testimony to your doctor. I am glad he is here, too, and that he stood with you and were able to help you. He probably has helped many sick people in the U.S.

Justi,
I was not implying my life is more important than other innocent lives lost to the insanity of others, no matter their religion or ideology. I was responding to this statement of yours: "There would not be a Muslim in this country if the people truly understood what is truly happening."

That is an isolated situation and I am so happy for it. However, reality is not following that through. Of those coming into Germany many have already raped small German girls, this is true. We know they kill thousands upon thousands on a weekly basis. That is good what you experienced but one life against taking another 100 is not acceptable.

All I will say with absolute certainty is this
Thank God my Muslim doctor is in the U.S. because last year, he was the only and I mean the ONLY doctor taking care of me who was not convinced my case was hopeless and who stood with my family against the insurance company, hospital and other doctors who wanted to pull the plug on my vent. for economic reasons. Keeping me alive was eating into corporate profits. I would have died then; my lungs weren't healed enough to function again. But Dr. Mohammed U. persevered, weaned me off life support slowly but surely and one month later, I walked out of the hospital..

What I don't get is the ignorance. I am not talking about lack of education I am talking about simple ignorance?
