Surveying that scene can lead to only one conclusion: Virtually all your tenants but two are undercvover FBI and CIA! The two that are not are the Muslim couple the others keep tabs on...It'll all come out eventually, and you will be proud to have suffered for your country...

Ok, CCT, I did think about it a moment. I would be ok with the sound of the waves; however, sugar would make for a horrible building component. I considered cheese or pickles instead (because you know I love pickles 
) but nay to those components as well. Back to my intellectual drawing board. Maybe I should start with some type of sound barrier and work my way out?

Just think a moment do you really want the sound of waves lapping against the new residence. If you make it of sugar it might still encourage the wrong type of tenant. Also you will have an awful big space to contend with. Although you could bulldozer it into blogit.

I do hope you are exaggerating for the sake of being funny. I have lived for eleven years in an apartment complex where the tenants are quite interesting and entertaining most of the time and a bit overbearing at other times, but at least (knock on wood) we do not have roaches, mice or bedbugs. I just signed a lease for another year and got a really big "Thank You!" for always paying on time.
