I noticed that as well. Much like they have to "disprove" Jesus's divinity, they have to lie and tie in Shariah Law into Human Rights.

I think there is an inherent humanistic repulsion when any form of child molestation/abuse is apparent, as well there should be. Unfortunately, this is not limited to Muslims historically. Romans, Greeks, and others have engaged in such practices throughout history also. However, to stay on topic...wait, I lost the topic! Uhh, Shariah law and Human Rights, orrrr, is it Human Rights and Islamic sexual jurisprudence? There is a bit of a disconnect, in my opinion (yes, I gave one, LOL!), between Human Rights and the other two, at least in most societies, right? International Human Rights organizations have attempted to help?

I don't personally approve of pedophelia or incest...but, I agree with this guy on the basic principle of deciding their own rights, because sometimes we have to accept that "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas...", and if people who want to practice these things in their own country, stay in their own country, that's all good for them because I do recognize that paradigms completely affect beliefs and, okay, I won't try to force my culture on you - unless you don't stay in Vegas. When he, or any immigrant, comes to this country or any other country where these things are illegal, then it is 'our' business. Sharia is not the law of the US, or Canada, or England, etc. But, folks rarely recognize - or acknowledge, anyway - their own hypocricy.

well it didn't work in Australia. A man married his 12 yr old daughter to an old friend he owed money too. The girl was taken away and the men prosecuted. Child abuse is child abuse and must remain so in our Countries, and our laws cannot be changed on that; and I will keep on saying so...unless they torture me slowly of course...
