Omigod! If this wasn't so bizarre it would be funny! No, it IS funny, as humor is so often the basis for tragedy. Is the general public's intelligence so low that a story like that is expected to fly (probably to the North Pole)! This is March, the guy is just now getting around to being mad at Santa? Well, someone should tell him to wait for Christmas in July; Santa may re-visit his list! LOL! This one is a bureaucratic prize winner for ineptitude.
