Re: Katray2
Oh, my! I am humbled and overwhelmed by such a kind compliment, especially coming from you! I only ever thought of myself as a teller of tales, not worthy to be considered a true poet. Thank you beyond words.

Your poem touched me deeply hence the tears; they were
cleansing and lovely, not disheartening or grim. I think when a poem elicits a strong emotional response, it means the poet is most capable and gifted.

Re: Nautikos
Hah! Not too Grimmish, thankfully. At least it doesn't follow in the footsteps (pardon the pun - LOL) of Hans Cristian Andersen's The Red Shoes; one of the worst fairy tales/stories of all time, especially for a child, in my opinion.

And a beautiful comment from you it is, Wiley. Thank you, and I am so happy your silent dream came true.

Re: Kabu
Your (and Wiley's) story was written by the gods, in a heaven somewhere, and is so very beautiful. That knowing feeling, Sister Spirit, is real, and I am thrilled for you both, my friend.

Re: Katray2
I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed it, but the tears, for that I am honored in a way, because of the emotional impact upon, but sad at the same time. I will answer your post message soon. Thank you, friend.

I knew all my life that he was somewhere and twice I married for second best. Then when Wiley came into my life via blogit, I flew across the World to share the rest of our lives.

Re: C_C_T
Ahh, you had me going there with all the seriousness of a philosopher, and then comes the crack-me-up line about you being an elf! And likin' it! Well, tis far better than bein' a troll! You are very wise; we all need Sanctuary. Strange, but that is what I call my private space in my home...
I think you have "the gift," as me mam would say!

I think some do look for your fairy tale promise Presta because it is the Sanctuary when other promises fail, The mind adapts making it's own comfortable images. Although of course it does need a stimulus. It can be as simple as blossom or a passing smile. Of course I like it being an elf.
