re your comment at my post Naut...in Australia one is only allowed one wife. The Muslims get around it by marrying one with Aust law and 3 others with The muslim law so legally they have one wife and three mistresses which they don't support. So they are classed as single mothers and get paid a Gov. pension. Sigh.
No! Australia is lovely but like here it ain't utopia.

While I wrap my head around this, I will dare to wonder (though I could look it up) just what section(s) of Article 3 prompted this ruling by the European Court of Human Rights, and then I may wonder if perhaps a motion should be presented to amend such section(s)?
