Focus on what has worrd for you, that is, something that has made you happy. And then,
go that way again in travel, job, or way of life. Stay away from the negatives and health risks. For the time being, you're too good for anyone but you.

pain is hidious and now I believe that my busy life where iZ gave not much thought to my body is coming home to roost too. but I just have muscle spasms and mostly I can endure them and continue with my life.
I am so sorry dear. I hope and pray that you can feel me me directing energy towards you, sending waves of light and love into your body to relive some of the stress.
