Oh my goodness, the complexity here! And to get the proper words into this mix! Fabulous job. A couplet is probably more than my speed... :) I admire your skill and art. Thank you for the info! I am not ready to even attempt such fine work.

Its true how the clouds slowly creep up on all of us, watching, listening and waiting to either pass us by or bring in the storm. Very nice poem.

I just love blogit. I have never studied poetry so really I cannot call myself a poet, but I love to read good poetry and write my own way sometimes. This seems to me good poetry. I could write music to flow with the words and I can see a man dancing, slow beautiful steps and gestures. Rather sad I think.

seems to be a lot of different info on this form, but this is what I used as a guide
English Madrigal
Type: Structure, Metrical Requirement, Repetitive Requirement, Rhyme Scheme Requirement, Isosyllabic
Description: Three verses of iambic pentameter: a triplet, a quatrain, and a sestet with the following rhyme and repetition scheme: AB1B2 abAB1 abbAB1B2.
Attributed to: Geoffrey Chaucer
Origin: English
Schematic: Rhyme and Repetition: AB1B2 abAB1 abbAB1B2
Meter: Iambic pentameter = xX xX xX xX xX

this is the English version which is much more defined, more rules, there is also an Italian version, it is a new form I just come across, I really like it, I am going to try more, so glad you enjoyed it, I appreciate you, come again and may God bless
