Because it's not good when one has to wear them. Think of traffic signs: "Proceed With Caution," or medication labels, "Use With Caution." The title means that if I have to put on my metaphorical Big Girl Pants, I must do just that, use metaphorical caution. It's a cautionary warning to myself, means tough moments ahead. Hope this clears that up!
