A poem as lovely as you, for sure! This poem, and how you explain the feelings, goes much deeper than the surface, to me. It is a lesson some tweens experience painfully at times, and as teens also. It takes time for some to be comfortable in their own skin, so to speak. And it takes poems and people like you to help them understand it is the inside that matters most, for that is from where beauty emanates.

I love this and I love you. It is a fabulous poem. It is very hard to appreciate how we look but of course it is the inner beauty that counts rather than the window dressing. You are a really predious and beautiful girl.
