I thought I had already read your update, but it appears I hadn't since I didn't know about all of these changes at your place. Well, I know it now and I can't imagine how you manage everything. Don't get totally worn out. Holidays themself sap one of energy and sometimes health. Love you and wish you the best of the season.

I'm used to the traffic, Naut
but still don't care for it, haha! Mommy is the only one who sulks here. Happy go lucky Sam and timid little Eli are just so happy to see me when I get back.

They do have each other
but I hate to leave them alone for long stretches of time. It was bad planning and won't happen again!

It's a bit of both, Pat B. Loving it most of the time, longing for a moment's quiet on occasion too, LOL!

Things have been busy, indeed. That is good that you will have some family living close by.

Oh boy - I feel for you! I have had to head into Toronto on occasion lately, though I don't need to get up at that ungodly hour - 6am is bad enough, LOL. And while my LSW can deal rather well with my absence, Bennie is not at all happy about it and with the change in his routine. He more or less sulks all day, I'm told, and I try and make it up to him when I get back...

Amusement works better than resistance... I think many dogs know this, and sometimes people. Bright warm clear golden light upon all of you!

I suppose what you really need is a warm shed for the doggies and a run for them. I know this has happened so quickly. Poor little rug rats, a good job they have a loving home to come to.

Talk about a joyful chaos... Hope all goes well for you and the
togetherness factor feels like a hug instead of too much.
