Re: Kabu
Thank you, Kabu! I'm so glad that the contrast of that write is so diametrically opposed to your life in Canada now. Such a blessing to live where one likes it. I live near the beach now, and enjoy the air and the small things; flowers, sky, butterflies, birdies, and music, all have a music.

Re: FSI
It is a compilation of slices of life, collectively it would read as extremely intense. None of it is pretty, no matter how you slice it (pardon the pun). sadly.

Re: CCT
Thank you for your comments, CC! As always, they are much appreciated. One sees the world and observes, and the slant of view is most often different for each set of eyes who look to see. One prefers the light to the darkness, but we can see no stars twinkling unless the sky is dark. hmm, sounds like i just seeded a poem...

You took me back to the years of living in inner Sydney. Ah but now, living here in the Woods of Canada, your poem reminds me of why I am happy. I feel sad reading of how life can be but so happy that I am where I am

One can feel the amount of intensity as one reads your poem.

RPresta
Life's for me, coming outside agin after a cold morning for a peak pleasant 52 degrees briefly. However, by the time that I return indoors, and then go home at night, it's in the 30s again. I guess that, working inside for the second time's my mood in life love.

Well RP I don't like to feel your misery of this time it actually might bring tears to my eyes.I must admit not many poems affect me and it might be your honesty portraying this wretched time. It is a poets poem and so different from what you supposedly looked forward too.

Re: Aba
Wow! Thank you, Aba dear, for reading and commenting so nicely and vividly! Yes, quite the sights, I saw! They all became locked into the camera of my mind, quite as you said.

This one is an even better poetess, Presta dear.
I find the style excellent, quite somewhat in the classical mould, in its imagery, as if caught on camera. The fop with bloated belly and lards hanging about is done in the typical literary poetic flourish, for which my kudos and admiration !
