lets hope Mum and become really content in her new surroundings and just take her stuff over to the house, recalim a room and fill it with her stuff then seal off the door so that they can't use it. Time to make life uncomfortable for them so they go. I would pop in and switch off the power everytime they aren't there.

Just have one of those plastic covers installed or install it yourself. A key is need to get into it and make an adjustment!
