Well i always say I have got my 99 year old grandad in bed with the flue. That shuts them up. Even gave me an electric heater for luck.

we have oil up here but of course it takes power to run ...anyway the Province is paying for some of our monthly Bill so that the cost for us has dropped. WOW...we always pay our bills off each month including crsdit cards so that we don't have worries.

I know that in Maryland, BGE will work out a payment plan. Would they be willing to do the same thing?
