I myself am not into the tournament. I wish Gonzaga the best.
I agree that college athletes should not be paid. It would really open up a big can of worms in my opinion. If only they could get the money out of the NCAA.
Your Red Wings won an excting overtime game yesterday.

I am the total couch potato...love to watch sports and I like team sportd like hockey and cricket the most. Cricket, because i can sit in the Summer heat and read a book and watch the replay when something happens on the cricket pitch. A five day test can be rather sedate. LOL

Good to read about your great experience in sports. Sports are an emulation of the competition of real life, but without the bleeding and crying and dying. Those who participate in sports can better understand real life, with its uncertainty and deadly dangers. Myself, I have played a few team sports here and there, but I prefer the individual sports, where you do not have to rely upon others, because others are so unpredictable and unreliable. I enjoy ping pong, badminton, fencing, tennis, skiing, shooting, mountain bike riding, dirt bike racing, car racing. These are one-on-one sports, with no teams.
But those who play team sports have my great respect and admiration. You can tolerate the quirks and failings of your teammates, and still perform well..... but I have great difficulty putting up with their BS..... it distracts me and pulls me way down...... Cheers

You nearly pitched a perfect game! Wowee! Fantastic! I bat right-handed (well, not for many a year), and throw left-handed. Swing a golf club right-handed also, though long ago. But I write left-handed. Odd? Now that the games are slowing down, it's on to other things for you. But what?
