It is always scary when a player has to be stretchered off of the ice, court or field. I am glad he is going to be okay...My Wizards magic number for winning the division is at 1, so either a win by them or a Hawks loss is going to seal it. They have clinched a post-season berth.

The was a horrible ending to the game, though I didn't see it. Glad the player was released form hospital.

It is warming up here too My Sam I am. it is above freezing point and snow is making a sloshy mess around. Lots of bad weather is being predictede for Canada but we in the valley seem to be in the Zone at last and having an easy ride.
I am hoping for a Canadian play offs year this year.
