it's best not to mention others but to let them file a complaint if they wish....it usually doesn't bode well for the person to say that....good luck

stay calm... remember that they field complaints all day (and whoever reads email may not be the same as who answered the phone). You deserve to be heard. Perhaps ask for a supervisor next time.

Sounds like once you make supervisor status you can get away with pushing people around however you want.
