Recently Son #3 brought me a net bag of teeny tiny potatoes of three different colors. I had never bought those before though I had seen them in the stores. Son #1 and I had a lot of fun with those, thinking up things to do with them. Son wanted me to make tiny twice-baked potatoes, but I said, "forget about that." I did make him a teeny tiny potato salad. It was good.

Oh Justi, Blogit crashed on me, trying to respond to your post. And then, FormerStudentIntern's didn't respond to the URL either. Then, I tried Explorer again. I typed in Blogit and signed in again. Here I am. I receive my fresah raw vegetables in a salad bar on my days off for a real bargain. I add them to my soup at home.

I don't eat potatoes that much ...I do love an occasional baked potato smothered with sour cream, salsa or broccoli

I love potatoes. I didn't know they were in the Nightshade family. Perhaps removing skins is good for certain people then. Also, organic is good.
