Yes, I'm so grateful for that respite. There are people working on trying to fix it, even in the courts, as I mentioned, but meanwhile...

Oh yeah, I get it! There's also a military base close by, just to add to the fun. Especially when they are practicing maneuvers, in helicopters...

Thanks, CCT. I'm certain their answer would be, "Well, the planes have to go somewhere." It's about money, and compressing flights into a smaller flight path to save on air traffic controllerss, I think.

I thrive on silence...always have even as a child. I loved being in the woods by myself and just experiencing it and singing where no one else could hear me. I think it is because I grew up in a big family with a little house.

Prayers are answered or someone with influence lives under the last flight path.
You should send this to the powers that control flight. A good idea to write it out of your system, in a sweet and gentle manner. Have you anything on chainsaws.

Reading this, I get the sense of peace and tension combatting one another. The peace comes from the silence, the tension from the thoughts of whether or not it is going to end.
