Congratulations! 19 lbs off is fantastic, and 12 lbs off is also very good! I guess George deserves an A+, and of course you too get an A.
I am going fairly 'raw', but not totally so, and of course my LSW and I don't grow anything edible, except for apples, and they won't be ready for a few months yet. I was thinking of making cider thsi year, but that's another story...
