If I could get a guarntee they would personally check my box I would stay but there is no way to know what I might get next. Hotter here than normal and PHX is breaking records

they seemed to be very flexible but when they send a second box and the items are inferrior than the first one makes you wonder, and I hoping they get me the cooler soon

yes that isnt too common of a condition, I have never known anyone else like that. Yes I believe as you its a bait and switch, but they had good ratings

they gave me a $19 for not getting one of the meals. Dont know if they overlooked this as there were too many mistakes in my whole meals

I would be surprised if many people stay with that food service after they try it out. But at least you can be satisfied that you tried it. I hope you get a new swamp cooler soon. The weather in the SW is hot.

Wow, glad you will get the cooler. My daughter has a friend with that condition where she doesn't perspire, but the friend lives in Seattle. lol. As to the food, that is literlly a "bait and switch" deal. Too bad.

Hope you get it soon. That is the problem with those meals etc,. Do they send extra nice ones at the beginning and the revert to ordinary fare, makes one wonder.
