love the analgesic is Paracetamol, it is sold over the counter in Australia and the UK but illegal here.
it isn't really ananalgesic, it is more to reduce fever but it works so well with Wiley. it always seemed to in the nursing home when I was there too with the elderly for dull pain. makes you sleep better as well, will help dry up a nose cold too. i give him a couple and he sleeps and the arm can rest and the muscles relax. It is very easy on the stomach too. dr.s will tell you Tylenol is the same. They are wrong.
