My back was hurting the other day, because I'd worked too hard a few days in a row. Thankfully it's not serious and feels better after rest.

I'm glad someone is cleaning your house! I remember washing windows for my mom and how bad they looked afterwards, but she always said thank-you anyway:)

I have someone come in for a couple of hours every two weeks. I always tidy up any mess before she gets here and now a days we don't use the basement rooms. What is best is that I take off the sheets and into the wash and dryer and she makes our bed. My back hurts too much to make the bed and it is like a gift to have that done.
I have never been any good at windows. Sigh!

Thank you for the tip. The contrast is great, I agree, when the house is clean from when it is not clean. I have back issues so I have someone come to help clean. When my kids were little I used to vaccuum every day, mainly because crawling babies will pick up anything and put it in their mouths.
