I'm afraid I'm right in there with you in these matters. My head has really gotten worse and it hurts all the time, even when I sleep. So, I'm not on the Internet much. Facebook is the easiest because it's not much writing or thinking. All you have to do is look at memes and click on "Like". That's what I like about Blogit--you have to think and write, although I do catch myself searching for a "Like" button to click. LOL
