Actually, I didn't take it that you were seeking a partner. You were just stating a fact. I'm not the type to encourage relationships, as, I know they're not for everyone. No one should be pressured into having one because that's what they think they should do. Though I'm married (we've been together 20 years & are best friends), I also am independent, a loner, free spirited, self contained & enjoy my solitude. I took it more that you're missing family & friends. I don't know if you're able to move back to where you're from. If not, if you're not already on Facebook, I do recommend joining groups on there where you can meet local people with similar interests. I'm a volunteer with the kitties at the shelter, so, belong to quite a few pet groups & have gotten to know many people.

Hi Kasper! I like the rhyming on this and it's a good poem and as always, I hear a song there. Really enjoyable.
