Yes it is always little things that we remember, not always with joy, but that's life,
At least you have Mum in a nice place and you will never regret your kindness. Too many ar willing to poke a parent into a Council funded, or similar place if the house can be somehow proved to be not theirs, but only for life. Women should watch out for this in a second marriage, well men as well,I suppose.
