Yes a photo would have been appreciated ,but I suppose you did not feel in the mood at the time.
I think the Council got rid of our town pigeons. The wild one's have taken over now.
I heard a flapping in the greenhouse and it was a lovely fat wild pigeon.
Probably a young one it was a joy to hold it and then set it free.

I don't know whether it's lucky or not to be dribbled on by a bird...
But I remember a naughty old joke that involves the "if the shoe fits, wear it" with the words mixed up in bass ackwards form. Something about the foo...
