Most things are an illusion probably Jean. It depends how much we desire to make it good for ourselves. Love feels so beautiful that we want more of it. No wonder it hurts when it goes puff. Not so bad if it disperses gradually. Of course love for one's children is more pure. Only my opinion. Biff me if you like.

I don't remember reading this one when I was a student,
but I think the analogy is right on. I believe about half the world's "soap-opera" relationships are based on clod-pebble situations. One is soft, the other hard... etc., etc.

In any event, I studied William Blake in the BNritish Romantic Poets, a graduate course. He found meaning in symbols love.
