I want to live to be 102 and am beginning to receive medical help to treat my type II Diabetes. I swim 3 x a week for an hour each time and I ride my recumbent bike for an hour 3 x per week. This just started about two months ago... at the moment I am morbidly obese with degenerative disc disease, bi polar II and arthritis in the knees. Even with my pain I want to live to be 102... so I can win more souls to Jesus.
I plan to grow old gracefully. I don't buy into Madison Avenue Advertising. Such a sham.

Age State of Mind
I should be a man to complain about my age (68), but complaining isn't making me any younger. Time was, I was afraid of getting old. I'm sure lots of people feel that way too. But as you say, age is a state of mind. You may not be able to avoid wrinkles and saggy skin, but you can stay young mentally. That's what I hoped to point out in my article.

I have always believed that "Age is a State of Mind".
