Re: Very true.

My brother-in-law owns a construction company. He employs his sons, my hubby on occasion, his other siblings, nephews, and cousins. There are quite often squabbles among the guys, but they usually work it out by the end of the day.

Re: Corbin

Uncle Willie worked for Dad back in the day...I'd say overall it did work out.

I forgot to ask you...do you think it's gonna work out?

It’s great how your dad took care of the family. Relatives working together is tricky at times.

Your story reminds me of how my father in law after setting up his paint factory in Kolkata after partition ( 1947 when India was divided and Pakistan was formed) had employed a few relatives.

Yes it is always a bit dicey where relatives are concerned. Dad knows his onions.

What a lovely man your Dad is and I believe that you have inherited his love of family and caring for them.

Your family has been running the car wash business for a really long time.

Wow. That is commendable. It is good that you employ family too.

Your dad is a very understandable guy.

Most employer's would fire a cashier for taking draws from the register. Of course, your uncle Willy sounds like he is quite the character, so it may just go with the territory. We have a guitar playing uncle Willy who is also a character.
