It has been a tough year, TAPS
With all that is happening, it's the hugs and visiting we miss the most. It would maybe be safer for them to get takeout and visit you at home with distancing?

I lost a couple of friends to the virus, C.C.T.
So yes, I take it seriously. Ten years did pass so quickly; I'm still trying to catch up! And I am waiting for someone to call and tell me the rhubarb is ready, then strawberry and rhubarb pie it will be! Stay safe, you too.

Re: They all grow up so fast! Great photo - love the backlighting.
Pat-B, he is quite good at taking photos with his Iphone. He often sends me ones he has done of the lake up at his dad's, and he seems to have the knack of catching just the right lighting. The one here is a selfie, so I imagine he thought the lighting was good then too.

No problem, Sassyass! I won't tell him you thought he was a girl.

It seems only yesterday that those guys were toddlers. I suppose ten years pass and we hardly notice. Sorry to hear that you have been ill, the virus is a bit depressing but hopefully it will end soon or at least give us a break. Do take care

It sounds like a wise move to be staying indoors for now with having dealt with pneumonia. I'll be glad when COVID-19 is over with.

Yes, it's still out there...I wonder how many of the mobs roaming through our cities are infected...

They all grow up so fast! Great photo - love the backlighting.
I hope when you all do get together you'll find that a large plastic garbage bag is a really handy covering so you can get to hug everyone... I've seen news photos of medical situations where they didn't have PPE & used trash bags. Whatever works. Be safe!

I'm always so happy when you write a post on Blogit. I wish you could be free and easy with your family and all other parts of life, but I guess that is not to be, at least for now. Some of my Chicago area extended family want to come and visit me in July and take me out to dinner. I haven't been out to dinner this year of 2020 and don't miss that at all, but I do miss hugs and visiting.

That is quite a list of delicious food.
You made enough to feed an Army. I haven't had Swedish meatballs in years. My mom used to make them and serve them over egg noodles. Lemon tarts are one of my favorites. Stay safe and God bless.

What a shame that you have to miss her big day.
She is a beautiful young lady. Hopefully this pandemic will be over completely real soon. We are in the green here in Pittsburgh, so wearing masks is becoming optional at various businesses.
