This is a hard one and I certainly would never try to tell you what to do but I think I'd stay at my old job and look around for another one.

Always go with your gut. We’re hard-wired to do so as a survival instinct. Also, please consider the amount of prep it takes to raid an establishment and to make a white-collar arrest. People may tell you anything about their credentials but in reality if the business gets shut down, even temporarily, would you still be paid? And lurking is the question, what if you were asked to do something unethical? I dunno...
