I don't know much about Inspections but I look forward to knowing how it went. It could go one of three ways. It passes with flying colors, it has some issues, or then again it totally fails. I'm hoping for the best.

Being there to watch is an education in itself.
I am guessing that one day you will take over for your pops. If so, these tips are good to know.

I love your use of the word, "shady." The Italians use this word quite a bit with their various dealings in the world.
