Inspections can be really stressful, and your location A certainly was just that. We have a few car washes around here that have similar issues. I am sure that your dad and his affiliates will get it back into shipshape in no time at all.

Good Morning
I really was hoping the inspection would go better than what it did. I hope everything can be repaired and it sounds like there will need to be a new roof put on the building. I wonder why they did not keep up with the maintenance of the building.
