hi!
It was wonderful! We had yellow cake w/ white frosting & it tasted great!
I wish my mom could have seen me be married for real to a real nice man, but hopefully she & my dad did see us. I know that dad would have liked V. He is every thing that daddy wanted for me. I know I sound sad, but I am not. Just remembering so many things.

It sounds like you had a wonderful wedding surrounded by family and friends. What flavor cake did you have? I think it's wonderful that you could have a classmate from kindergarten officiate at your wedding. That is what I call priceless. I officiated at one of my best friend's daughter's wedding. It was wonderful and I was so surprised that they put me at the family table for dinner. It was wonderful.

Hi, Goldiec. Lisa is off doing something weird upstairs, so I can answer those questions. I am a hopeless romantic, so I wanted a wedding that she would proud of to tell people about. The dress was a full fit dress that must have cost well over $5000 new. It made my beautiful wife even more beautiful than ever. One of Lisa's aunts made a nice wedding style cake and we did the traditional cutting and feeding of the cake. As much as I anticipated Lisa 'shoving' the cake in my mouth or face, she was the perfect lady and only took a small bite of it. It was nice.
Dan and I have been classmates since kindergarten. It was only fitting that he do the job!

Thank you. I was given a gift when I found Judy, and we were together for a long long time. To have found another woman who is as gentle and loving as her is nothing short of a miracle brought along I am sure, by Judy telling God that "I know he can't do this on his own. Send him an angel." and He did.

Lisa, I love the story behind your dress. It was truly well thought out and will help others along the way. That was a blessing that will come back to you many times. I'm wondering if your dress was full or fitted? I love weddings! They are so romantic. I'm glad that your families were there and that you are both very happy.
Did you have a wedding cake and if so did you both cut it? I love that part. It's nice that you could have the same person officiate at your weddings. Congratulations and I wish you the best.
