You don't like bridges. Those songs are yours. Introductions should watch it on singles - on albums tgere's more time yo listen. However, many singers have it just right and had more help in the past. Really innovative bridges might have exceptions. So, your time and topic interest come into play. However, don't rule out all if you hear an exceptional one, as openness is good for self growth. Enjoy kid. Is Hold On Tight one long bridge in a short song? In any style the song must move.

Hmnnn good post, and it has left me with food for thought. For me I think it depends just how good the instrumentals are played; like perhaps I enjoy a really good guitar solo or drum solo.

Good afternoon
For me, it really depends on the song. Pink Floyd is known for doing this and I do not mind, especially with the song, "Another Brick In The Wall, part 2."
