A betta in a simple, maybe 5 gallon tank requires minimal attention, and--in my opinion--the basic type, the veil-tail, is the prettiest to watch! It can be a really good starter tank.

Such a nice little story. They used to have little goldfish in bowls at the fair.
throw a small ball into the jar and win the bowl and fish. I should not think it survived very long.

I am smiling and saying Thank you as well. I adore that dear little girl and with Christmas moving ever closerm I would not be surprised if Daddy who is putty in her hands, comes good with a Santa aquarium and fishies.
